Peace and unity are to be primary goals for tbe church. We are even to help watch over one another. If we see a brother or sister in the Lord becoming angry or getting upset, we should help restore them to peace if possible. This may be one of the meanings of the biblical instruction to be peacemakers. 

Never forget that strife destroys, it destroys relationship in every level and in every part of lives. If you can learn to recognize and deal with strife, you will stop a lot of intended destruction.
