My dad was the head marketing manager of a Greek company in Nigeria. He was so brilliant and professional with his work that made the board keep transferring him to solve marketing issues in their branches outside Lagos Nigeria.

My mum was a civil servant with the Ministry of Health in Nigeria. She was first based in the lab before being transferred to an admin role in the headquarters in Lagos.

We were comfortable growing up and am thankful to my parents for sacrificing a lot for me and my siblings while growing up. We never lacked clothes, food, or shelter. They made sure we all went to school and finish even when things starts to look challenging.

Both of them are retired and relaxing after several years of Labour. They are reaping the fruit of their labour at the moment.
